Receive notifications when someone contributes
Every time someone contributes money to one of your gifts, you will receive a notification in the app.
You can access your notifications by tapping the bell icon located at the top of the Home page, next to your profile picture.
In this section, you will see notifications such as:
Contributions received for your gifts;
When a gift reaches its target amount;
Connection requests received;
Birthdays of your friends or colleagues taking place that day.
What can you do with the funds you receive?
Once you've received contributions for a gift, you have two options:
Claim the funds by converting the amount into a voucher.
Transfer the funds to another gift in your wishlist, provided that the target amount for that gift has not yet been reached.
How to claim your funds
Go to your Wishlist and open the gift for which you have received contributions.
On the gift page, you will see two buttons:
Claim
Transfer
To claim your funds, tap the Claim button.
You will be redirected to the Wishday Partners page, where you can choose the store from which you would like to receive your voucher.
Important !!
Funds received through the app can only be claimed in the form of vouchers.
These vouchers can only be redeemed with the partners available in the Wishday app.
Choose a partner
Select the partner from whom you would like to receive your voucher.
At the bottom of the page, you will see the total amount that will be converted into a voucher.
Once you have selected a partner, tap Continue to proceed to the next step.
Confirm your claim
After tapping Continue, you will be redirected to the Terms and Conditions page.
At the top of the page, you will see a summary of your claim, including:
The selected partner;
The number of vouchers that will be issued;
The total amount being redeemed.
The Terms and Conditions are displayed at the bottom of the page.
Please note
The Terms and Conditions may vary depending on the partner.
We recommend reading both the Wishday Terms and Conditions and the voucher provider's Terms and Conditions by tapping the Terms and Conditions link displayed in blue within the app.
Final confirmation
After tapping the Confirm button, the app will display a confirmation message asking you one last time whether you want to claim your funds.
If you choose Claim, your voucher will be generated and will be available in the Vouchers section of the Wishday app, or it will be sent to the email address associated with your Wishday account. You can then access and use it in accordance with the partner's Terms and Conditions.
